If a sound experience is new to you, there is no special skill to bring and no particular feeling you need to reach. You are invited to listen and notice, in a way that feels comfortable for you.
Sessions can vary. A sound-focused gathering may include singing bowls and other instruments, while a Joy Tones experience may also weave in movement, voice or creative reflection. Ask what your chosen session includes before you arrive.
Comfort comes first. Ask about seating and lying-down options, what to bring, and how to step out if you would like a break. You can also share sensory preferences or access needs when making an inquiry.
You may feel settled, distracted, curious, or something else entirely. There is no correct response. Listening can simply be listening.
A conversation before the session helps us plan an experience that fits the people in the room.
